End-User Licence Agreement

This Agreement applies to R³'s installed software — the R³ CORE desktop application and the RVTS Revit add-in — including every update, version, component and accompanying file (the "Software").

Installing, copying or using the Software constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install the Software, and uninstall it if it is already installed.

This Agreement supplements the R³ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also apply to the Software. In the event of a conflict concerning the installed Software, this Agreement prevails.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and to an active subscription, R³ grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Software.

The licence is per named user — it attaches to the account you sign in with, not to a machine. You may install the Software on a reasonable number of computers that you personally use, provided that actual use is by you alone. Accounts must not be shared between employees.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by R³.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, rent, lend, sell, assign or sublicense the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent that law expressly permits this and does not allow it to be waived.
• Modify the Software, create derivative works from it, or circumvent licensing, authentication or usage-limitation mechanisms.
• Remove or obscure copyright notices, trademarks or proprietary notices.
• Use the Software for unlawful activity, or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Software's custom-actions capability to run malicious code, damage other systems, or collect information without authorisation.

Please note: R³ CORE allows custom actions to be defined that have access to the file system and can launch processes on the computer. Defining and running such actions is the sole responsibility of you and of the subscribing office.

Use of the Software requires signing in to an active R³ account, authenticated by a one-time code sent to your email address or via a Google account. Which tools are available to you is determined by the subscribing office and by the subscription plan.

When the subscription ends, is cancelled or is suspended, the licence expires and the Software will cease to function. Content stored on R³ servers is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

As part of a heartbeat transmitted every 5 minutes, the Software checks with the server whether a newer version exists.

When a newer version is available, a notice is shown. When your installed version is older than the minimum supported version, the Software may present a full blocking overlay until an update is installed. We use this only where an old version could compromise data integrity or security.

The update itself is not installed automatically — the new version must be downloaded and installed. Updates are provided as part of the subscription at no additional charge.

This is the most important section of this Agreement. Please read it before installing.

The Software includes capabilities that reach content outside the application itself:

• Screen capture: capturing your full screen or a chosen window, including via a global hotkey that works even when the tool's window is closed. The capture is written to your clipboard. If you choose to enhance it or send it to chat, the image is transmitted to R³ servers and to an external AI provider.
• Screen video recording of a selected region.
• Clipboard: the translation tool copies your selected text, reads the clipboard, sends the text to an external translation service and writes the result back. Text from any application on your computer may leave this way.
• Meeting recording and transcription, including capture of screen frames during the meeting.
• Work environment: the list of installed applications, folder paths and websites you configure in the toolbar is synchronised to your account.
• Presence: last-active time, updated every 5 minutes.

The Software does not scan your computer in the background, does not read files you have not pointed it at, and does not capture your screen without an action initiated by you.

The Software includes open-source components and third-party libraries, including Electron and Chromium, provided under their own licences. Full licence notices are included in the installation package and are installed alongside the Software.

Those licences prevail over this Agreement to the extent they apply to those components only. R³ is not responsible for third-party components.

The RVTS add-in runs inside Autodesk Revit. Use of Revit is subject to Autodesk's own licence agreement, to which we are not a party.

All rights in the Software — including its code, design, interface, icons, trademarks and documentation — belong to R³ and are protected under Israeli and international copyright and intellectual property law.

Content you create using the Software belongs to you. See the "User Content and Data" section of the Terms of Use.

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, continuous availability or freedom from defects.

The Software is not a substitute for professional advice — engineering, legal, planning or accounting. Outputs produced using artificial intelligence may be incorrect and must be independently verified.

You are responsible for backing up your work. R³ is not responsible for data loss.

R³ shall not be liable for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive — arising from the installation or use of the Software, including data loss, loss of profits, business loss or reputational harm.

In any event, R³'s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section derogates from rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

This Agreement takes effect upon installation and remains in force for as long as you use the Software.

R³ may terminate the licence on notice if you are in material breach of this Agreement or of the Terms of Use.

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Software through Windows settings. Uninstalling ends all local collection. Deleting your account and server-side data is a separate step — see section 13 of the Privacy Policy.

The intellectual property, no-warranty and limitation-of-liability sections survive termination.

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is vested in the competent courts of the Central District, Israel.
