Our Commitment
At R³ we regard the accessibility of our website and Services as a core value, and we work to enable all users — including people with disabilities — to browse and use our content conveniently, equally and as independently as possible.

Accessibility work is carried out in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What We Have Done
  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter) across all interactive elements.
  • Proper semantic structure — headings, landmarks and labels — supporting screen readers.
  • AA-level colour contrast between text and background.
  • Alternative text (alt) for images and meaningful non-text content.
  • Full Hebrew and right-to-left support alongside English, with one-click language switching.
  • Light and dark display modes, following the operating-system preference.
  • Responsive design adapted for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
03
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts to make every page and component accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible — among other reasons because of complex interactive elements or third-party content.

Limitations we are aware of:
  • Some of the animations and 3D effects on the site are purely decorative. Essential information is always also presented as text and never depends on them.
  • Our advanced work tools — in particular the graphic editors, the GIS maps and the presentation editors — are complex visual interfaces built on dragging and on canvas rendering. Their full accessibility by keyboard and screen reader is limited. We are working to improve them, and in the meantime we will gladly assist any user who needs it directly.
  • Content presented from external services, such as map layers from governmental sources, is not under our control.
We work continuously to improve and to fix issues as they are discovered.
