Sub-Processors

To deliver the Services we rely on external providers. Some of them receive personal data or content you create. We publish the list in full so you can see exactly where data goes.

A provider is engaged only when you use the relevant tool. If you do not use a given tool, its providers receive nothing.

We do not use customer content to train models, and we do not sell personal data.

This list may be updated. Material changes will be published with a revised date.

• Google (Gemini, Text-to-Speech) — image generation and editing, answering planning and legal questions, meeting summaries, voice-note transcription, document analysis, speech synthesis. Receives: text prompts, images, audio, transcripts and document content.
• Anthropic (Claude) — email drafting and summarisation, presentation generation, calculation generators. Receives: email message content, project and presentation content, design reference images.
• OpenAI — language-model capabilities in some tools. Receives: text prompts.
• OpenRouter — routing for alternate slide versions. Receives: slide content.
• fal.ai — hosts models for image generation, editing, background removal, upscaling, and meeting transcription. Receives: images you upload and meeting audio. Note that files uploaded to this provider are given a public address that is not password-protected.
• ElevenLabs (via fal.ai) — transcription and speaker separation. Receives: meeting audio.
• Adobe (Firefly) — image editing. Receives: images.
• Freepik — image upscaling. Receives: images.
• Pexels — stock image search. Receives: search terms only.
• Google Translate — the translation tool. Receives: the text you asked to translate, including clipboard text.
• Autodesk (Platform Services) — CAD file conversion. Receives: RVT/DWG/IFC files you upload for conversion.

• MongoDB Atlas — the managed database in which accounts, content and usage records are stored.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — file storage: images, documents, attachments and profile photos.
• Hostinger — the server on which the application and mail server run.

• SUMIT — card processing, recurring billing and invoicing. Card details are captured directly by SUMIT and never reach R³ servers. Receives: name, email, company name, company/dealer number, billing address and payment details.
• Paddle — an additional payment channel for some subscriptions.

• R³ mail server — service messages, OTP codes and invitations are sent from a mail server we operate ourselves. We do not use an external bulk-email service.
• Google Workspace / Gmail API — when you connect a Gmail mailbox. Sends and receives message content and metadata, according to the permission you approved.
• Microsoft Graph — when you connect an Outlook mailbox. As above.
• Zoom — when you connect a Zoom account for meeting summaries. Sends and receives meeting details and cloud recordings.
• Google Fonts — font loading on our web pages and in some emails. Discloses your IP address to Google when loaded.

The following services receive a project address, block/parcel or coordinate — not personal data:

• Israel Planning Administration (iplan, Mavat) — plans and planning documents.
• Israel Land Authority — plan search.
• govmap and the Survey of Israel — mapping layers and orthophoto.
• Nadlan (real-estate transactions registry) — transaction data.
• Municipal GIS systems (including Tel Aviv municipality) — municipal information and building files.
• Esri / ArcGIS — mapping layers and urban renewal data.
• OpenStreetMap (Overpass, Nominatim) and OSRM — map data, geocoding and routing.
• Google Maps and Street View — maps and street imagery.
• Mapillary — street imagery.
• Open-Meteo and NASA POWER — climate data.

Our experimental image-generation sandbox (IMGLAB) runs free models at a changing set of providers, including Hugging Face, Together, Cloudflare, SiliconFlow, DeepInfra and Pollinations. It receives text prompts only.

This environment is intended for experimentation and is not intended for sensitive content or client material.
